Itaewon was once a foreign district of Seoul that grew out of the American Army Garrison in Yongsan. Over the years, it has transformed into a party hotspot with nightlife that goes to sunrise. The corona virus paired with the media nearly killed the neighborhood, but like the Phoenix it has been reborn.
